Leadership-Team Development
Coaching for leadership teams is a facilitated group program focused on improving the efficacy of the team – for the benefit of the team members and for the benefit of the organization in which the team functions.

The goal of team coaching is to develop a team with shared assessment of their situation, a shared vision of the future, and a shared language for communicating and assessing progress toward their goals.

Leadership Team Development is not a substitute for good leadership by the CEO.  It is a process in which a common language and a deep appreciation of each executive's competencies, work styles, and communication styles interact to form a more effective leadership team.  Individual service components in Leadership Development include:

For the team:

In addition to each of the above components, a comprehensive 12-week program is available to set the foundation for a strong management team.  We facilitate the entire process.  Your coach will listen, evaluate, and apply wisdom and experience in each session to encourage and provoke the team to change behavior and form effective and powerful collaboration skills.  This comprehensive program works as well for newly formed management teams as it does for established teams facing new challenges.

The entire team participates in a series of group sessions over the 12 weeks. Individual meetings with each leader and the coach are added to support the group effort.  At the conclusion of the 12-week intensive period, a 3-month follow-up series of group meetings is held to ensure the team stays on track and makes course corrections in a deliberate and effecitve manner.
